We are seeking a Full Stack Developer with expertise in enterprise systems integration, IT service management, and project delivery. You will develop, optimize, and maintain applications that support our core custody, portfolio management, and client-facing operations. Your strong understanding of ITIL service delivery frameworks and enterprise architecture will ensure systems are scalable, resilient, and fully auditable. You'll work closely with operations teams to ensure IT services meet defined SLAs and regulatory requirements.
Full-Stack Development
- Design and develop enterprise-grade applications (frontend, backend, APIs) supporting core business operations
- Build and integrate systems across multiple platforms, ensuring seamless data flow and system interoperability
- Optimize application performance and implement caching, load-balancing, and database optimization strategies
IT Service Management & Operations
- Apply ITIL best practices (Service Strategy, Service Design, Service Transition, Service Operation) to development and deployment
- Define and monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for developed systems
- Participate in Incident Management processes and provide technical support during production incidents
- Support Capacity Planning and Infrastructure management discussions
Project & Program Management
- Take ownership of feature development from requirements gathering through testing and release
- Work within Agile/Scrum frameworks to deliver iterative releases meeting business and regulatory timelines
- Mentor junior developers and lead code reviews ensuring quality and governance standards
Governance & Compliance
- Ensure all solutions comply with PENCOM regulations, data protection laws, and organizational governance policies
- Implement security controls (encryption, access management, audit logging) in all applications
- Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for audit and compliance purposes
Enterprise Architecture Contribution
- Contribute to system architecture design ensuring scalability, reliability, and alignment with business strategy
- Evaluate and recommend technology solutions (frameworks, libraries, platforms) for enterprise adoption
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
- Minimum 5-7 years of professional software development experience with full-stack capabilities
- Proficiency in at least 2 backend technologies (Node.js, Python, Java, Go, .NET, etc.) and 2 frontend frameworks (React, Vue, Angular, etc.)
- Practical experience with IT Service Management (ITIL) — evidence of SLA management, incident handling, or service operations
- Understanding of enterprise architecture principles and ability to design modular, scalable systems
- Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle) and at least one NoSQL database
- Hands-on experience with version control (Git), continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD), and automated testing
- Proven ability to manage projects independently and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Strong knowledge of application security, secure coding practices, and data protection principles
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification in IT Service Management (ITIL Foundation or higher), Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master)
- Experience in financial services, banking, pensions, or regulated industries
- Knowledge of pension fund operations, custody processes, or portfolio management systems
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and Infrastructure-as-Code tools
- Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, ELK Stack, Grafana, New Relic)
- Experience with microservices architecture, API design, and RESTful service development
