He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers and an alumnus of the Senior Management Programme (SMP) of Lagos Business School. Winston possesses a B.Sc. in Economic from the University of Ilorin and an MBA from Obafemi Awolowo University.
He worked as a pioneer staff for Afrinvest West Africa and GTB Asset Management now Investment One Financial Services as the Deputy Head, Operations and the Head, Retail Marketing respectively.
