Tomi holds a Bachelors degree in Mathematics/Statistics from University of Lagos, Akoka, Lagos State. She is an Associate Member of The Certified Pension Institute of Nigeria (CPIN) and a student member of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (ACCA).

Tomi started her career in the financial institution with Intercontinental Bank Plc, where she served in customer relationship management before joining UBA Pensions.
